Email marketing by Stand-alone server (not by software)

our company required master in email marketing specialize to send with private server - the master responsibilities:

- manage and send the email marketing every day : our email marketing includes offers and no content
- optimize the data base : cleaning , manage the statistics
- Relevant only to experience with email marketing by server from his own
- find the many different server to send - the master open account for this with his details
- we need the access to the server to watch all the details: all the statistics from the server: how many sent, how many failed , clicks and opens - in cloud the email list with all the statistics

2)which server do u send the emails - is it your own server
