Youtube Content Creator

Hey ,

Im looking for a new video content creator for my youtube channel.I need a person who is has experience with youtube in content creation.I need somebody who can make help me blue ocean the content I trying to make from my whole competition. The videos will be 2-10 minute white board /animation videos. I will also need voice overs in english as well and you to make your own script as far as research I will give you the topics. But you will need to take all the content and make it in your own words. Last but not least thumbnails , I will need thumbnails added with every video related to the topic the video is about.

Payouts: Once my channel is monetized rather than paying you for every video I will give you 10% of the monthly revenue forever. But starting out I will 10$ per video.
