Customer Service/ Researcher

We are looking for someone to help manage our Customer Service Inquiries for our Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc... Stores

Here are some of the related tasks:

-Answer customers questions about products
-Creatively resolve customer Inquiries (via chat, email or phone)
-Developing SOPs for repetitive tasks
-Using various software to gather information and create reports for the manager in charge
-Doing Web research
-Posting on various social media platforms
