We are a rapidly growing service provider in the healthcare industry looking for a self-driven, high-energy talented recruiter to build a highly motivated team and assist with daily operations. This is a virtual position where you'll work from home, 40 hours per week from 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Time (US) with a 1 hour break each day.

Job Responsibilities:
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Source possible qualified candidates through various recruitment channels
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Screening resumes
• Performing phone interviews with candidates
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• To effectively use the systems provided for proper monitoring of hiring activities
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Management or any related field;
• Minimum of 1-2 years related work experience;
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skill and integrity; with sense of responsibility and attention to details;
• Proactive, creative and forward thinker.
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
• Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
• A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
• Fast, stable internet at least 15 MBPS upwards
• Noise cancelling headset; quiet background
• Willing to work night shift (US Time, CST)
