Customer Service Reps - Shipping

You will be handling and helping supply chain and logistics with customs and couriers globally.

Ideal candidate requirements -

1) Has a good command of the English language.

2) Can speak Mandarin

3) A self-starter with ability to complete tasks with minimal direction from manager and/or supervisor.

4) Knowledge and experience of import/export operations for multinational company with emphasis on implementing and/or operating global trade management systems preferred

5) Must have the ability to prioritize workflow and manage time efficiently in order to meet established timelines

6) Strong interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communication ability
