Social Media Manager (Instagram Account Management)

We are not looking for a Virtual Assistant to just fill a job.
We are a Digital Marketing Company searching for the right individual who has the motivation, the commitment, and the skill-set to make the most of this opportunity. What will you be doing?

- create / repost viral Instagram Posts
- write Instagram Captions including a nice call to action and hashtags (some of them are presets, but I’d ideally like some contextual ones too)
- interact with other instagram accounts to grow the account
- do Instagram DM outreach to sell shoutouts
- do Instagram DM outreach for S4S
- report analytics of the post and the overall account performance
- reply to comments under posts and to all the dms of the community
- create IG Stories to build a community and increase reach

Requirements:

What Qualities are needed to be successful?

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time.
You will be trained on how to properly perform all the desired activities and learn everything necessary to run a successful Instagram account.
You only need a Computer with internet access (preferably a phone as well) and Instagram, as well as, as corny as it sounds, the following two qualities:

Integrity and ---------- egrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with myself and your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you can hit a deadline or

Commitment. I'm looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations that this could become full time. If you're just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.
