Pro Website Designer

This is a one-time job for a professionally designed Wordpress website.

Project deadline: The website should be completed in 30 days with unlimited revisions during that time. You must also be available for an additional 30 days of follow-up support for any issues that may arise directly related to the website design.

Project description:
Build a fully functioning website using Wordpress.

Required functionality:
Several content pages (main content, about, etc)
Contact Form, Social Media sharing buttons
Integration with email list opt-in (i.e. Mailchimp, Aweber, etc) and delivery of PDF to subscribers
Multiple "Landing Pages" (to promote Author's book, etc). These should have a professional-looking layout that seamlessly integrates with the rest of the website's theme.

Things to consider:
Eventually, we will add courses (via Teachable or Kajabi) and additional landing pages- so the website should be designed in a way that these sections could easily be added on in the future.

Additional required tasks:
We will give you log-in to our hosting account and other necessary accounts - but expect you to do all of the following:

-Install WP, WP theme and all necessary plugins and configure all of the settings.
-Test and confirm the following are working properly: Contact form, email opt-in process & delivery of email account.
-Set up the domain Google Search Console and Google Analytics

Performance - The website should run efficiently and load quickly, it must have an average total load time under 3 seconds (testing using Gtmetrix and Pingdom).

-NO e-commerce, NO payment processing or transactions
