I have started a small digital marketing agency in Australia offering SEO, SEM, PPC and I would like to find a specialist in this field that I can outsource the work to

I'm looking for an expert that can implement SEO and PPC strategies and work with me on delivering great results for clients. This is an ongoing relationship and you'll be paid per job

I would like someone as well who can translate reporting and analytics for me and make recommendations on the best strategies for clients moving forward

We are starting with 3-4 clients but will grow rapidly in the future, ensuring a steady flow of work

You must be:
- expert in ppc and SEO with several years experience implementing strategies in this field
- able to strategize and work with me to come up with bespoke digital solutions for clients
- be responsive on text and email
- very attentive to detail
- able to work with myself and other employees of the business
- understand conversion rate optimization and pixel tracking
- be competent in relevant digital marketing software (eg. google analytics, SEMRush/Ahrefs)
