Pay Rate Guide (Average Rate depends on skills/experience/results):

Senior Ebay Account Manager / Business Project Manager: $3.00 to $5.00USD per hour (Must have at least 12 months demonstrable experience involved in all aspects of growing a dropship ebay store: research, manual listing, optimisation, customer service, store maintenance. Assistant Ebay Account Manager: $2.00 to $2.99USD per hour (Must have at least 6 month demonstrable experience involved in all aspects of growing a dropship ebay store: research, manual listing, optimisation, customer service, store maintenance)



Our experienced long term Store Managers / Business Project Managers earn at a rate of $3-$5 per hour plus eligibility for Performance Bonus.

Upon hiring the first 6 months are temp to perm with the intent of full time hiring.

You have Proven Ebay Sales Results - Seeking an experienced, hard-working and Results focussed individual. You understand what it takes to operate a successful Ebay Dropship store (Retail or Wholesale). You have grown an Ebay store to over $50,000 per month in sales and likely over $100,000 per month. If that is you, read on.

You are seen as a leader, mentor, trainer for junior and senior team members. You can prepare training resources for the team. You love leading and managing a team that wants to win together.

You have experience selecting Dropship products to sell, generating lots of sales, and keep the listing competitive to maintain long term sales.

You are experienced using various tools/software/systems for research, listing. You should be familiar with benchmarks for target sales/profit margins, sales per month.

You have Manual Ebay Listing experience, you can optimise an Ebay listing to get long term sales, you can win sales from a competitor, your meticulous attention details helps win sales for an Ebay listing. you enjoy research and analysis and can apply sales psychology to help sell a product.


You are fascinated with interpreting data/numbers and statistics and can combine this with attention seeking advertising to drive sales for a product. You see patterns of winning products and competitors and can adapt current Ebay listings and revive sales. You don't give up. You love testing ideas that lead towards getting more sales.


While other employers are closing their businesses, we are expanding. We believe in long term employment and long term business models that won't get shut (eg. Amazon to Ebay dropshipping?)
