Virtual Assistant

I need a Virtual Assistant that can help my Co-Founder and I run our startup better with better time management, organization, and many other things.

We are looking for a GUN. Someone that is willing to go over and beyond to get the job done, no excuses. You don't need to be the world's greatest VA right now, but we certainly want someone that is looking to achieve great things in their personal and professional career.

You MUST be a confident and fluent English speaker. If you aren't comfortable speaking with us on the phone, please don't apply for this role.

I am based in Australia and my business partner is based in Atlanta, USA, so time zones need to be managed as best as possible. We don't expect you to work at 3am, but we do expect you to be reachable on your cell phone outside of business hours for the occasional text message/call (note that it will not be at 3am!)

We will communicate with you mostly through text (Whatsapp is preferred) and/or email. Usually, we will send you an audio recording on Whatsapp with instructions on what's needed.

This role will require you to manage our email accounts, arrange meetings and appointments, deal with 3rd parties. It will also include reaching out to people via Linkedin and email, learning new skills about marketing/social media/graphic design/recruiting, amongst many other things.

Importantly, we are looking for someone that is willing to learn and grow. You might not have 100% of the skills right now, but we need to know that you're willing to learn and grow.

The salary is negotiable for the right person.
