It means:

Once you get very familiar with this project, and

little by little structure a process best fit your personal style/routine.

Then, you definitely will close deals very often and effortless.

At that point, there is Rewards for you (also I marked below in the follow picture):



Close 4/5/6 deals in a certain month. I will send 1200$ as reward for that month.

Close 7 or 7+ deals in a certain month. I will send 2400$ as reward for that month.
