Python script using youtube API for AWS lambda

We need a python script that sets a thumbnail of an already uploaded video, using the youtube API. This script will most probably be runned in AWS lambda so it needs to be compatible. You can check out the API docs here: ----------

Summary:
- Use variable with video ID as parameter for function
- Set the video thumbnail with img URL given
- Return output / succes or not

This will be a one-time job, but there is a possibility this could lead to more work in the future.
We would need this ASAP. Please let me know if you have any questions.
