#### T-SHIRT Graphic Designer - LONG Term (Immediate Start) ####

Hi there! Our apparel company is looking for a graphic designer or illustrator to join our team and help us create fun, unique and eye-catching designs that will be printed on our brand’s apparel
We need someone that’s FAST, CREATIVE, EFFICIENT, & HONEST with their time.
You'll be working directly underneath our CEO to create designs for passionate audiences that they’ll be able to relate to and they feel “speaks directly to their passion”

This will include but is not limited to:
- T-Shirt Design & mockups
- Graphic Design
- Marketing material (advertisements)
-Other apparel items like leggings, swimwear, Dresses, Sneakers, Mugs & more

ABOUT THIS JOB
- You will be given competitor t-shirt designs to model yours off. You must be 100% unique. The ability to create 100% original Designs; text only, graphics only and both text and graphics designs.
- You will be required to Complete 40-50 designs per week.
- An excellent attitude and great communication! You should answer questions within a few hours, not a few days.

We're seeking highly creative solutions experts that don't need to be micromanaged and are extremely proud of their work.
We WILL provide example designs for you to base your designs off of but it is still imperative that you’re a unique individual who can create designs and research without their hand being held
We'll do all we can to help you grow in your position and further your career. Your growth is extremely important to us. And if you can help us help our users, we'll do all we can to repay the favor to you.
Are you a detail-oriented design wizard? Then include "I'm A Design Wizard" at the top of your cover letter. I know it's cheesy but we use this to weed out people who can't even bother to read the post... If it's not included, we know you didn't read and aren't detail-oriented ;)

Requirements:
-Good research ability
-Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
-Experience creating designs for Print on Demand items sold on Shopify or other online platforms ie. Teespring
- Must know or learn how to use Shopify to upload designs onto t-shirts and other items etc
-Experience with project management tools (Notion and Slack)
-Ability to creatively come up with and implement design solutions

Bonuses: Painting skills, Love of GIFs and animal
