WordPress Web Designer / Web Developer

I am looking to hire an additional developer for building out WordPress custom themes from Photoshop mockups. This individual should have a firm grasp on CSS, HTML, PHP and Javascript. Additionally, experience working with Gravity Forms, WooCommerce, Advanced Custom Fields, and other key plugins will be highly ---------- pecially in custom plugin experience as I often end up modifying GF or Woo using their built in hooks system and many of my development specific projects are related to these two plugins.

But more important than the skill and knowledge is work ethic. I need someone who enjoys working with design and code and is eager to continue learning more as they go along. Lastly, the right person will be a natural problem solver who can take a step back and see the bigger picture of the task at hand and then spend the time to figure things out themselves.

I am a hard worker and love that I get to do this for a living and I expect members of my team to have the same ---------- return, I am super laid back about when and how things get done as long as they get done correctly and within a reasonable time frame.
