- You need to not be easily offended if I have to correct your work initially (ideally once we figure things out very little of that will need to happen!)

- You need to understand how to do basic research and summarize
- Positive, no excuse attitude

ABOUT ME (Justin West)

• I run a digital marketing company based out of Kansas City
• I have been in business for 8 years
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)

ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Write 2 -3 blog articles/week for me & posting them on our sites
• Write ---------- word Press Releases (5-10/week)
• Handle customer service emails
• Create sales emails & send them to prospects
• Do online research in downtime for lead generation
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay weekly, (potentially daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week - I want you to be comfortable when you accept this job and know that you'll get paid)
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
