We're looking for a few experienced customer support agents to provide professional and friendly service through our
*IMPORTANT: This is a Full-time position
This project requires:
- Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent writing skills in English
- Familiar with dropshipping/e-commerce business model
- Be able to work on multiple platforms/software such as Shopify, Freshdesk, etc.
- Must be able to work based in the US timezone
- Work from 10am to 8pm US timezone, 7 days a week
