Jet Cash Offer has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, experienced, data-driven, performance-oriented Marketing Specialist. You will join a passionate, fast-growing and innovative team that drives real estate investing.

The Marketing Specialist will oversee the management of the marketing, fine-tune models to forecast, craft and execute experiments across the network, and lead in all aspects of driving top line growth.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct research, organize lists, fine-tune processes and document Standard -Operating Procedures (SOPs)

-Deploy, manage, and optimize marketing across traditional and non-traditional -channels

-Partner with other team members to understand marketing effectiveness and pivot accordingly

-Learn and improve marketing practices, including drip campaigns and integrations

-A day in the life: 5% calls, 5% checking on systems, 20% admin work, 70% Excel tasks

Qualifications:

-A passion for accurate marketing data. You are on a perpetual quest to understand your target audience and make sure marketing is uniquely organized to reach the exact person. You take it upon yourself to make sure to double and triple-check efficiently every step of the marketing arrangement.

-Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with marketing analytics tools.

-Technologically savvy and strong technical aptitude. You’re not a master coder BUT you can look at a system and figure things out with a little research.

-Resourcefulness. There is absolutely nothing that can come between you achieving your tasks.

-Exceptional organizational skills. You are an exceptionally organized person who coordinates everything to be in their place.

-1+ years of marketing experience

-Leadership skills, Project Management Experience

-Strong Communication Skills

-Excellent quantitative skills; adept at working with and making sense of data from disparate sources

-Lean/ Six Sigma/ Kaizen/ Waste Management Experience plus

Work requirements:

-8:00am - 4:00pm EST, Monday - Friday (must be open to working Saturdays occasionally)

-Salary: $3/USD hour depending on experience

System/equipment requirements:

-Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor

-Stable internet connection of at least 3 MBPS

-Backup workstation (preferred)

-Backup internet (pocket wifi)

-USB noise-canceling headset
