NOTE: You WILL need to work 4 hrs/day part-time OR 8hrs/day full time during the normal working hours in the US, somewhere between 8am Eastern (8pm Manila) and 5pm Pacific (8am Manila)

ABOUT THE POSITION:
• I'm looking for someone who is detail oriented and who can communicate FLUENTLY in English both orally and in writing
• I will generally provide you a list of contacts, usually with information (name, phone, email, etc), but you should know how to fill in missing information
• Handle customer service emails
• Call potential clients to set up a call regarding potential services
• Create sales emails & send them to prospects
• Do online research in downtime for lead generation
• Work 4 or 8 hours a day 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) (depending on whether you're full or part-time)


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay weekly, potentially daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
