Shopify Store - Customer Service, Order Fulfillment & Sales Tracking Person

Hi,

We are looking for an ideal candidate who can

- Respond to customer queries in Gmail
- Operate our live-chat service on store when needed - to answer potential customer questions
- Talk to our suppliers on Skype, pay them for orders, add tracking #'s to orders on Shopify
- Once a week, gather data of our store's stats such as sales, product costs, refunds etc using a Google sheet we will give you

You MUST be excellent at managing (and have previous experience of working with)

1. Shopify (managing orders, fulfilling orders etc)
2. Google sheets
3. Email Marketing software (ActiveCampaign / Klaviyo) - so you can create email flows
4. Customer service - helping customer with order tracking, or finding the right items, or refunds / returns etc.
