Amazon Automation Store Team

I am looking for a team of 2-3 to begin with to run an Amazon Automation store. The duties include:

Sourcing items
listing items
customer support
returns

I am willing to work out a percent of 20-30% of net profits to pay in exchange for the service. Prior experience with selling on amazon will be required.
