Wordpress/SEO Admin Affiliate Content Sites

I currently own three affiliate/content sites that are all monetized currently only with Amazon. I am in the process of acquiring more sites weekly, I have content writers based in the USA for article creation, but I am looking for someone who can work along side me in the administration of the sites. I need someone who is competent in Wordpress, SEO, backlinking etc.

This job has the potential to be a full time position, right now it might be 15-20hrs a week but definitely has the potential to be more

Please tell me what you think qualifies you for the job, your experience with the software and also your experience with SEO and content/affiliate sites. I only want people who are white hat seo, no blackhat ever
