Video Editing & Content Creator for Social Media and YouTube

Looking for someone to help with Video Editing & Content Creator for Social Media and YouTube.

Must have good english as they will need to transcribe captions and add to videos.

Must have experience making videos, being able to use after effects templates, add music, make cuts, re-size from YouTube across all social media platforms.
