Quickbooks Accounting Expert Coach

Kindly read these project details carefully. Please only respond if you are fully qualified. I am in need of a Certified Accountant and Quickbooks Desktop Expert to help me convert my FYE 2019 Quickbooks desktop files to a different no- to low-cost accounting platform, so that I may prepare my FYE 2020 books and manage it going forward. I will need your help through a combination of you doing some of the work, but also coaching and explaining to me how to do it.

I believe the tasks should be very simple, because there are relatively few transactions. Here’s a brief overview:

HoldCo: Owns InvestmentCo and ManagementCo. Journal entries may be required, because Owner’s Withdrawals that came out of ManagementCo need to be shown as if they were first transferred to HoldCo and then withdrawn from HoldCo for personal use. One bank Upgrade to see actual info credit Upgrade to see actual infovestmentCo: Was originally being used for active stock and options trading. Zero trading activity in FYE 2020. Only monthly bank fees and one cash transfer out. One bank account. One trading account with no trades.

ManagementCo: Has about 13 invoices, a few dozen credit card and bank account transactions. One bank account. Two credit cards.

Year-ends are May 31, June 30 and July 31, respectively. I am preparing to amalgamate them all into the one HoldCo, thus all the books need to be ready by May 1st, so that my accountant can begin the amalgamation process.

Here are the steps I foresee, but may change based on our discussions:
• Import my FYE 2019 Quickbooks Desktop files to the new platform (Waveapps, if appropriate, or other no- to low-cost platform).
• You coach me on importing current year transactions and reconciling the accounts.
• I send you my questions and we discuss.
• You enter necessary journal entries based on our discussions.
• You coach me on how to generate my financial statements and how to interpret them.

Your Qualifications:
• Proof of a professional accounting certification
• Proof of Quickbooks Online expertise (ProAdvisor Certificate or equivalent demonstratable experience)
• Excellent knowledge of alternative accounting platforms
• Recent relevant experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Patience to answer my business questions slowly and thoroughly

All hours of consultation will be tracked using Monitask and/or video recorded and agreed upon during each session and paid through Easypay/Payoneer as facilitated through OnlineJobs.ph on a weekly basis after you've sent me an invoice amount that we mutually agree upon ahead of Upgrade to see actual infopensation is 500 php per hour and I reserve the right to adjust that compensation if you are not able to answer my questions or complete these job requirements satisfactorily. I estimate I will require 5 to 10 hours of your time on coaching/consultations and independent work.
