Quickbooks Online Bookkeeper

I run an eBay dropshipping store (E Commerce) and need a virtual assistant to help with bookkeeping which would consist of reconciling accounts each month as well as keeping the books in order by organizing the appropriate chart of accounts and categories to keep the books in tact. We use Quickbooks Online.

This job requires that you pay very close attention to details. You will need to be patient enough to double check all of your work to make sure there are no mistakes.

I will provide you with a training video and as much additional training as you need.

However, you need the following:
1. Know how to use Quickbooks,
2. Have basic to intermediate accounting skills
3. Have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
4. Be willing to learn new skills.

The pay for this position is $2.50 per hour and your hours are flexible as long as books are in order and I am able to communicate with you on Skype as needed with reasonable response time.

This position is initially for 10-20 hours weekly part time, but may develop into a full time position as our business continues to grow.
