Customer Support (calling)

We are seeking an individual with GREAT communication to manage communication between existing clients and bringing on new clients. One must comprehend our entire services and workflow.
Content manager, one that helps the team stay organized and follow up on tasks discussed in our huddle.
Hands On: One who is flexible to also step in and learn new skills in the social media ---------- t afraid to learn how to do transcription, learn to edit, schedule posts, etc.

Cold call leads
Oversee and provide immediate response to slack channels (channels = customers)
Book Podcast Guests (reach out emails/calls/ calendar management)
Oversee day to day operations
Instagram/Facebook content manager
Scheduled posts
Transforming video into audio for podcast using anchor
YouTube videos; thumbnails design, video design
Create video content from episodes into instagram and linkedin content
Posting content on facebook , youtube, linkedin , TikTock IGTV / stories
Comment / follow similar accounts, engage
Familiar with editing tools such as: Camtasia, Zoom, canvas, photoshop, iMovie, Adobe Premier, dropbox
Respond to emails; respond to client posts in facebook groups
