JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a great freelance writer who can do 2 things:

1. Write interesting and detailed blog posts about our work, company, and clients. Initially, the gig will focus on developing posts to be featured on our LinkedIn page but the opportunity can grow into monthly article contributions for our blog, social media, and other platforms.
2. Manage our personal LinkedIn account, searching conversations in AI and writing meaningful comments, posts, and gathering interesting industry articles to share.

Responsibilities
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Submit work to editors for input and approval
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promote content on LinkedIn
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
• Update website content as needed

Required Knowledge

- Must have understanding of or ability to quickly learn:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Chatbots
- Conversational Solutions
- Business Process Automation
- Apple Business Chat, RCS, Google Chat

Bonus Skills:

- Understanding of e-commerce
- Understanding of automation and how it can be applied internally for corporations
