We’re a Texas based company specializing in the design and manufacture of fun electric bikes. We’re transforming the way people get around, in an exciting, cost effective way that helps heal our planet.

We’re rapidly growing and seeking a talented Product Support Specialist to join our online team who will ensure our bikes run at peak performance for our customers. If you are a person who has always liked to build things with multiple components, which might include batteries and/or motors; can think on the fly while listening and clearly communicating via phone or in person, you may be a good fit to join our team.

The ability to patiently walk our USA customers through various levels of technical assistance by phone and email is Upgrade to see actual infoe help customers all over the U.S. get on an e-bike and ride with confidence! This is an entry level role with opportunity to grow with a fast-moving start-up.

About You
* 1+ years of experience in customer service via the phone, email, and social media, specifically in product support
* Technically minded and extremely detailed oriented
* Impeccable phone communication skills, especially under pressure, friendly attitude and interest in working with e-bike consumers
* Ability to work quickly in a fast paced environment and learn on the go
* Enjoy sharing your fun personality with others
* Can work on USA hours
* Desire to develop personal relationships with customers

Additional Requirements
* Proficiency using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of major social media platforms (a big plus if you’ve used them on a business level!)
* Reliable internet connection?

* Experience with electric bikes or vehicles
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
* Experience in Shopify, Zendesk & managing inventory

Had you been with us last month, you would have:
* Performed technical support to customers all over the US via phone & email
* Shipped replacement parts to customers after assessing their needs
* Walked customers through assembly & maintenance of their ebikes
* Explained highly technical processes & procedures to customers at all levels of skills
* Assisted in the implementation and maintenance of technical support systems
* Other duties as assigned
