JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an INTELLIGENT, ENGLISH-FLUENT, and HIGHLY EXPERIENCED Customer Service Representative for our E-commerce Dropshipping Store.

We are looking for GENUINE applicants who take the time to explain WHY they are a good fit for this position.

All applicant MUST have these pre-requisites:

- Experience with Gorgias/Zendesk ticket platforms

- MUST be 100% Fluent in English with ZERO (AND WE MEAN ZERO) vocabulary, grammar, and punctuation errors.

- MUST have stellar customer service intuition, care, and attention to detail - meaning, you must know exactly how to handle customers with the most professional and respectful responses based on your analysis of their mood.

- MUST have experience with answering chargeback disputes through Shopify and Case Disputes on Paypal.

- MUST have the ability to problem solve and improvise during times of high pressure. We are a store that scales at an EXTREMELY HIGH volume with 100+ of tickets per day - therefore this is an EXTREMELY CRUCIAL skill to have.

- MUST be great at COMMUNICATION with the rest of our team. This means, knowing how to contact our supplier with the right questions to understand information about shipping status for a certain order, and asking questions to our Team Manager if you're ever unsure about something.

- MUST be trustworthy to work with LIMITED supervision - meaning that we don't have to worry about constantly monitoring your performance because we know that YOU can handle everything on your own.

- MUST present an attitude of LEADERSHIP and ENTHUSIASM. If you spot another agent on our team lacking, then don't be afraid to SPEAK UP. If a team member asks a question about how to handle a certain ticket - then BE THAT PERSON to give advice.

- MUST be willing to LEARN and EASY TO TRAIN. When hired, we will provide all the necessary training materials to get you started within just 1 day - so we expect you to get the ball rolling QUICK.

- MUST be willing to treat OUR Brand as if it was your own. Treat OUR customers with respect and understand the significance of Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). The better experience you give to our customers, the more willing they are to come back and buy. The more willing customers are to come back and buy, the more longevity and scalability we will ALL have as a TEAM. and importantly as a BRAND.

Additional Requirements:

- You must have a flexible work schedule and should NOT be working for anyone else.

- You must be flexible with pay and be willing to accept a probationary wage until we feel it is right to raise your rate based on your performance over a set period of time.

- You must have a fast, stable, and reliable internet connection and speed. The last thing we want is an individual who calls out multiple times due to having power interruptions.
