THE VA WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who is comfortable with handling calls and various admin tasks. You need to be able to pay attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions carefully.

We are looking for someone who is ideally degree level or equivalent standard. You may be an Executive Assistant or PA already, or an experienced office manager who wants to take the next step in their career.

I am looking for a Customer Service Assistant (CSA) who is self-motivated and an accurate but fast worker. The individual needs to be professional and reliable and have a ‘Can Do’ attitude!

You will be supporting the business owner primarily but also the local managers. We have different roles and styles so you need to be versatile and adaptable. Day to day this equates to a varied and stimulating role, and whilst you will relish variety you will be level headed enough to deal with the challenges. We have tenants and guests staying at our properties and strive to get things right the first time for them.

The task list includes: email management, research, spreadsheets, data entry, use of OTA’s (eg Airbnb, ---------- ), guest and tenant communications, Spareroom, and social media.

You’ll need to be available for full-time work (40 hours per week).


THE VACANCY SPECIFICATIONS

You will be involved in assisting with general administration and ad-hoc tasks. There will be instructional videos to watch to show you how we work.

You do not need to work UK office hours but an overlap of 3-4 hours may be ---------- W THE PART ABOUT MYSELF AND MY AIMS

I have several "companies" and we mainly focus on providing house shares for young professionals, and serviced accommodation. I currently have 2 development projects that have had to stop due to the virus. I have a total of 30 units across 5 locations.


OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS

Pay rate: ---------- PHP per hour
You will get paid on a Tuesday via Transferwise
Bonuses will be paid for exceptional work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given a holiday and sick pay if you become a permanent staff member
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata)
