Successful dropshipping brand in the medical fashion industry looking for an EXPERIENCED Social Media Manager to run Instagram &
Customers expect fast responses on social media, so it is critical that they receive answers right away.
This is a FULL-TIME position. Please only apply if you are looking for Full-Time work. If you are a student or work a part-time job, please do not apply.
Requirements:
-Must have experience running social media for dropshipping / ecommerce brands
-Must be able to work the following hours & reply to messages / comments within 1-2 hours
-REQUIRED HOURS: Must work most of the. shift during US business hours. 90% of comments we get are during US business hours, and they must be replied to right away.
-Excellent written English
-Experience with Shopify
-Customer Support skills

Typical Day:
-Every 30 minutes: check
-Curate comments & respond to customers or hide / delete comments when need be.
-Schedule & post 2x a week on Instagram (share with
-Weekly story posts (you can be creative)! We have lots of customer content to post as well as images we have taken of our product. You will be able to edit the images as well as come up with captions. We can definitely help :)
-Reach out to influencers on Instagram
