As the Social Media Manager, you will be the strategist from start to finish for our local business customers - crafting original content, coming us with various targeted ad sets and posting it across social media. We work to connect local businesses with their customers, as well as new potential customers to those businesses. We consider ourselves apart of each organization that we work with by protecting and enhancing their online reputation. As a company, our mission is to provide a spotlight for people to flourish.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Ability to work independently with great autonomy, while staying focused on key metrics.
Strong understanding of analytical tools (i.e
Significant attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to analyze raw data and draw actionable insights.
Technical proficiency.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice to grow brand awareness online.
Graphic design knowledge and experience using both Adobe Photoshop/Premier and Canva for image creation.
