Developer and management

I host multiple game servers for a large community.
I'm looking for people for the following roles:

Assist in configuring backend software for the servers
-Good to know some Java

Digital marketing
-Assist in marketing the servers, talking to members.

Management of players
-Assist in the management role of the other staff members.
