Designer for T-Shirt Merch Business

Good day,

I am in search for a graphic designer/Illustrator who can create unique designs for my T-Shirt merch business. It is a long term project and i will demand on the beginning at least 2-3 designs. The content will be pop-culture (movies, games, everything that is popular). I will also demand new designs to actually events every month ( again at least 2-3 designs). Because it will be a long term cooperation the designer have to be helpful in terms of revision and adjustment of dimensions etc. The most important thing is that the designs have to be unique. Attached a sample of the typ of work i am thinking about
