WordPress / Divi / PHP Developer for PSD to Divi Projects

Hey there. I need someone who can take beautiful photoshop PSD files and convert them to custom WordPress theme in DIVI, possibly other frameworks such as Genesis and others. I can pay $40 for the home page PSD conversion and $20 for the inner page PSD conversion, and this would include migrating the site hosting if needed. You need to be well versed, be able to create custom post types as needed and have a strong background in this.
