IT Technical Recruiter

We are a long established Technology Recruitment business based in the UK and are looking for an additional person to join our recruitment team to assist us in various recruitment activities supporting our business.

You will be required to get involved in a wide variety of tasks, which include the following:

o Data Entry and Lead Generation
o LinkedIn / Job Board Sourcing
o CRM/ATS Updating
o Advert writing and management
o Managing communications with candidates
o End to end recruitment tasks


You MUST have the following experience:

- Previous IT recruitment experience in an english speaking environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a good grasp of written and spoken English
- LinkedIn and sourcing experience

The Job Requirements are:

-- Reliable Laptop (with camera and At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB RAM/higher)
-- ACCEPTED Internet connections ARE DSL/Fiber/Cable (3mbps plan or higher with 2mbps running speed)
-- Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation

Hours of work, Pay and Employee Benefits:
-- Minimum 42.5 hours per week during UK Business Hours (4pm-2am PH Time)
-- Salary approx 24k PHP, plus 2K staff allowance per month.
-- 11 PAID Annual Leaves after your 6th consecutive month
-- Various Bonus Incentives on top of the basic package
