We are looking for an experienced Human Resources manger to source and interview candidates in Manila Philippines.
Responsibilities
â?¢ Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company and organizational goals
â?¢ Identifies training needs and coordinates leadership and management training
â?¢ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
â?¢ Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
â?¢ Understands the talent needs of the business and identifies talent issues before they affect the business unit
â?¢ In collaboration with the corporate office, effectively drive performance management process
â?¢ Educates business leaders of cultural differences within the Philippines and vice versa
â?¢ Serves and is perceived as a safe, objective employee resource and escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues and advises management in appropriate resolution of ER issues
â?¢ Ensures all local labor legal requirements are respected and adhered to
â?¢ Monitors and has knowledge of all HR processes and associated tools
Desired Skills and Experience
â?¢ Must be local to Manila
â?¢ Must be flexible to working on third shift at least once per week, this includes a night differential
â?¢ Master's or Bachelor degree or equivalent; plus 6+ years related experience as an HR business partner or equivalent role
â?¢ Proven management experience in building and leading teams
â?¢ Previous experience with high tech and/or high growth companies is preferred
â?¢ Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics
â?¢ Excellent follow through and communication of statuses to leadership team

â?¢ Possesses overall HR Specialist knowledge i.e. Comp & Ben, Staffing
â?¢ Knowledgeable on the Labor Code
â?¢ Cross cultural exposure would be advantageous
â?¢ Assertive and able to influence stakeholders on difficult issues
