I’m hiring a Facebook advertising specialist to be managing our Facebook campaigns around the concepts of “WordPress” and “SEO”.

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this position, you need to:

- Be focused on positive ROI.

- Be optimizing campaign performance based on metrics.

- Be giving ideas for new marketing strategies and campaign improvements.

- Be tech-savvy. Able to set up tracking pixels, make necessary integrations within WordPress, etc…

- Understand concepts like sales funnels, retargeting, look-alike audiences, etc...

- Be able to create reports and present them in a simplified manner so we can understand them.

- Love learning new skills.

- Be dependable and trustworthy.

- Be detail-oriented.

- Have a “get the job done” attitude.

- Be able to solve problems and find answers to questions or issues through your own research.

- Work well with others, as well as by yourself.

- Be able to meet deadlines

ABOUT ME:

ABOUT THE POSITION:

- You will receive a document that explains our Facebook-advertising philosophy.

- Initially, you may receive sample ads, images, and landing pages. You can get going with these, and make the improvements you see fit.

- Initial work will be a few hours a week, until we make sure our partnership is a good fit for both of us. Over time,
you can be working more hours.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

Initially, you will be getting paid every few days, so that trust develops between us. Over time, we will agree on a more “set” payment frequency that works for both of us.
