Graphic Designer for Merch

Hello,

we are looking for a graphic designer who can illustrate and create unique selling Designs for different Print on demand platforms.
The best would be if you are able to draw the vectors by yourself. But it's not necessary. We are willing to pay 1$ for each Design. We would prefere a long term business relationship. For the first 2 month we would pay weekly until we built a relationship of trust and know the work is reaching our expectations! For the beginning we would ask for 100-150 Designs monthly.
