Overhal a php/yii based site builder

I am looking at updating a project and interested in building some long term relationships over a 'hit and run' job.

The site is php built in the YII framework and I'm interested in doing some overhauls and likely migrating it into Yii 2.0 at the same time.

I'm open to migrating to other MVC frameworks if you can sell me on why I should.

You need to be available full time and be able to work at least half your day during US PACIFIC time zone as I want you available during my business hours.
