Wordpress Developer & website maintenance

Upgrade to see actual info needs someone to take the lead and keep it running Upgrade to see actual info is a Wordpress website, and needs someone who has slightly more technical skills to be able to address HTML, CSS and JS issues as they arise.

We also have the occasional requirement to build brand new Wordpress websites for various projects.

The aim of the website is to provide resources to people who are faced with loss, bereavement or are planning end-of-life. So the directory will put people in touch with lawyers, florists, venues, funeral homes etc. Articles to help people understand what needs to be done and blogs helpful resources, bereavement therapists etc.

I've built most of it myself, but need to bring on someone that can help me test for broken links, make it run smoother, faster, present better on mobile, streamline plugins where possible, interlink the pages so that I theme the website correctly.

The developer I choose needs to know about speed of site etc, and to problem solve issues like render blocking resources, caching issues, javascript, css etc.

I'm looking for someone who can help me streamline my site in its present form, but also, that can help with simple content uploads, weekly blogs and media uploads etc.

THIS MAY BE TWO SEPARATE JOBS - EG. Wordpress entry level and a senior level. Ideally though, it is someone who is happy just to plod along and fix things as they see them, and run ideas by me, and keep me posted with what changes were made etc.

The successful candidate may also be asked to help with some of my other websites from law firms to builders etc.

BONUS points if you can help with social media marketing (SocialPilot), updates, images (and compression) etc.
