Customer Service Role

We are looking to grow our team and recruit another customer service team member. As a member of our team you will be responsible for helping to keep our customer relations strong. The role will require good communication skills and understanding of the issue in hand. The job will mainly be computer based and revolve around answering customer emails relating too there order. You will also be expected to call the carrier and report any issues we may have. Due to the time difference between countries the working hours will be 5pm to 1am Philippines Time.
Good English is essential both written and spoken. Full training will be given - Computer and dual screens is required
