General Description:
Generate leads for my mobile home investing business in Southern California. This includes buyer and seller leads from multiple different platforms.

Activities Include:
- Post ads on Facebook, Letgo, OfferUp, Craigslist, and various platforms to generate buyer and seller leads based off a set schedule.
- Contact seller leads on various platforms to screen them for motivated sellers.
- Follow up with seller leads and run them through the follow up sequence.
