Qualification:
Experience-Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Virtual Tele Calling and Lead Generation/ TeleSales
Educational-Bachelor Degree or equivalent Diploma holder of BioTechnology/ BioScience/ Pharmaceuticals/ Life Science

Language: One candidate for US Market with US Accent and another for Japan Market with Japanese fluency.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for making Cold Calls for US Market/ Japan Market
• Making a sales pitch and explaining the benefits of various product and services
• Setting up the appointment with the concerned person
• Responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales target for the process
• Using process scripts, product knowledge, and own communications skills to present the products and services to potential customers and generate sales.
• Asking appropriate questions to understand customer requirements.
• Aggressive Follows up and ensures closure
