Diligent Person to Use my Automated Software to Make Websites

I am looking for someone to work full-time. It involves creating websites using an Internet based template system that creates Wordpress sites. Knowledge of web design or Wordpress is not required (although preferred) because the process is automated. Although the software provided will do keyword research... knowledge and understanding of keywords is preferred.

The most important skill required will be niche research... or the ability to FIND and IDENTIFY niche markets. Because most everything to create the sites are done through software... the critical missing link is discovering and deciding which niche markets to enter. This requires a human mind with some common sense thinking about what people are searching for and buying on the Internet... and the creativity to find niches that may be smaller, but with reasonable traffic to be profitable.

I'm looking for someone with a creative mind, a good work ethic and because I am providing log-in and password information, someone who is very honest and loyal. This is a long term position and I am prepared to reward the right person with increasing salary and great bonuses based on performance and results. For example, I live in Southern California and may decide to bring you here and personally take you places like San Diego and Las Vegas depending on your preferences, 100% all expenses paid by me. Starting salary may not be significant, but I will offer a plan that provides a quick increase to an above average salary based on performance and results.

7.) Last and most important.. one who is trustworthy and loyal to a fault.

Note that I have no mandatory skills or experience other than the above qualities. Please be very honest with your self assessment because continued employment will be subject to your performance within the first week.
