JOB OVERVIEW

Hello there,

I am looking to hire 3 Photoshop graphic designers and photo re-touching experts for ongoing work, to fill in the position Quality Assurance Specialist (also referred to as an Art Manager) in my Design Team.

You will be required to review the 'Renaissance Style' portraits of people, like on the website www.masterpieceme.co

Our artists are using multiple templates of costumes, and they are blending the person's head on to the body, just like the examples shown on the link above.

Your primary responsibility is to check the quality of the artworks and request for revision whenever necessary. A set of artists will be assigned to you who will be submitting their completed batches of artworks regularly. So you will be in constant contact with the artists via Slack (communication app) to relay revisions needed and follow up completion of the said revisions.

Qualifications:
-Photoshop expert with photo re-touching experience
- preferably available during weekends
-can work 10-40 hours a week depending on workload available
-with stable internet connection
-with good work ethics
-fluent in English as we have artists from different countries
-passes the practical test provided below

Please take the practical test using this form: Upgrade to see actual info

In the form, we have provided 5 sets of original photos and their corresponding artworks. Please provide your feedback (revision details) for each artwork if revision is needed and mark approved if it has passed your standards.

Consider things such as:
• Head position and proportion to the body
• Effects and smudges to make it look like a realistic painting
• Lighting and red eye fixes for bad photos (if necessary)

I will review your submission and be in touch with you soon with feedback.

Please note only 1 submission is allowed
