Motivated Sales Agent

Calling all BPO agents who are looking for extra income while on quarantine. We are hiring for experienced Sales agent to join our team of home based Filipino employees!

Responsibilities:

Speak to potential customers directly by phone
Close sales and achieve your monthly quota
Play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives

Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year BPO/call center experience
Must have 1 yr sales experience
Must have proven record of met quota
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and stress
Ability and willingness to undergo training
Good problem solving and negotiation skills
Possesses an energetic and professional demeanor
Can work under minimal supervision
Well-organized and self-motivated

Technical Requirements:
Must have at least 5mbps reliable wired internet connection
- Must be DSL or Fiber (NOT wireless broadband)
Reliable laptop or desktop computer with at least 4GB RAM
Back up internet connection and computer is a plus
Must have a USB headset for VOIP calling with noise canceling feature
A quiet working environment

Rate and Working Hours:
Earn commissions for every banked sales
PST work hours
6.5 hours per day only (weekends off)
