After Effects Animator / Graphic Artist

I'm in search of an After Effects animator and graphic artist who is dependable, efficient and eager to create a continuously growing library of video segments, graphics, and animations to support my instructional designing initiatives. I am need of a partner who has the same energy and drive to push the limits on modern, clean digital training, marketing promotions, and technical demos. Looking for 20-30 hours a week. Holidays and sick time included.
