Experienced Web Developer/Designer

Seeking for somebody who can make a website and try to replicate the website that I have right now from Squarespace but I want somebody who knows how to design websites and design it in a way that is a blog-style.

- I want someone who's able to transfer all the blog posts/articles I have on my current website into the new one
- You're gonna need to know how to transfer from Squarespace to Wordpress
- I need someone with UX/UI experience and someone that knows how to make a website that caters to getting people's email and stuff like that
- I want a web designer who knows how to make websites in a way that's easy to navigate
