JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication and numeracy skills and a pro-active ---------- ndidates should be able to assist management by handling administrative tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, e-mail and other electronic means, accurately capturing and inputting sensitive financial data and information, sharing financial information with authorised recipients using agreed secure protocols and providing suggestions for improving the administrative aspects of the business.

To be successful, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge ---------- ndidates must be comfortable with advanced numeracy, Microsoft Excel, use of information technology, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, candidates should have a genuine desire to meet the needs and requests of others.

1. Responsibilities:
· Collating, inputting and processing financial information into the central system
· Preparing financial statements, reports, memos and other documents.
· Sharing approved financial information with third parties using agreed secure protocols
· Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
· Using Microsoft Excel and other appropriate software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software to generate reports, update information and maintain accurate records.
· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and other electronic means.
· Reading and analyzing incoming memos, reports, information, requests, and distributing them as needed.
· Provide general administrative support.
· Undertaking project tasks as required.
· Ability to use Slack, Trello, Freshdesk, and Freshchat would be a plus.

2. Customer Service Representative Requirements:
· 1-3 years of prior similar experience.
· Excellent Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
· Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction and to surpass customer expectations.
· Good communication, outstanding customer service & relationship building skills.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision/oversight
· Experience working on a team and working quickly under pressure
· Highly organized and diligent
· Ability to multitask, when necessary
· A friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude
· Shopify/E-commerce experience is a plus.
Great leadership skills with some management experience is a plus.
