Complete Multi-Talented Wordpress & Graphics Specialist & VA/Project manager

We are looking for a goal driven team member to work with us on a long term basis. Our company focuses on creating lead generation campaigns for local businesses. Graphic design tasks include making ad banners, headers, revisions for company marketing materials, revising graphics on Wordpress websites, Craigslist Images Ads, Business Cards, Social Media Ads, Google Ad sets, and anything visual.

**We are not looking for amateurs using graphic software with premade templates.

WORDPRESS EXPERTISE IS REQUIRED! We are not looking for anyone to train. You must know how to customize wordpress themes, install and configure plugins correctly, Optimize content, Custom CSS, and bring our ideas to life. You will be responsible for setting up company sales funnels using company WP templates. You will also be responsible for converting and managing Wordpress Site as needed and manage company FTP servers, cPanel, and hosting.

Programs & Hardware Requirements:
-Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AE, or any Adobe products
-Decent Working Computer with Windows 7 or 8
-Skype
-Dropbox

Mandatory:

-Be Able to Communicate Via Skype Weekly

Wordpress Expert Requirement:
-Design more than 25 Wordpress Site (Proof Required)
-Ability to do Custom CSS, HTLM, Jquery
-Have own graphic library or account
-Have own set of WP Themes
-Ability to insert Autoresponders (Aweber), Contact Forms, Live Chat Plugins, etc..
-Understand and Know On-page Optimization
-Know how to use Google Webmaster Tools
Graphics:
-Designing Ebooks, Headers, Logos, Banners, Social Covers, Graphics for powerpoints & Videos, Postcards & Brochures, and random company projects.

We will require a test graphics project and a minor Wordpress customization task. No exceptions! If you don't want to do this, then please don't apply.

This position will start immediately with multiple projects ready to go. We are strictly looking for professionals not someone looking to make a few dollars here and there. This will result in a long term stable position if you live up to our standards. No newbies and be prepared with real reference and portfolio.
